Maintenance Request+
For many reasons we can’t take maintenance by phone. The best way to report a maintenance issue is our online Maintenance request form.
Emergency Maintenance Procedures+
We monitor a 24 hour hotline for maintenance emergencies. You will be charged a fine if you leave a message on the hotline that is not considered an emergency. We define an emergency as anything that threatens the health of the occupants or destruction of the property like flood, fire, burst water pipes, burst water heater, etc. See our tenant portal for list of emergencies.
Rent Payment Options+
We try to make it easy for you to pay rent electronically, on time, and avoid late charges. Here are your options:
- E-Pay Plan
Each month you can have your payment transferred from your checking or savings account directly to Clark Properties. You won’t have to change your present banking relationship to take advantage of this service. You will receive an email outlining this option shortly after moving into your property. - Pay by check
Checks are acceptable at any time before the 5th of the month. After the 5th, certified funds (Cashier’s Check or Money Order) are required. Certified funds are also required if checks are returned for insufficient funds. We will notify you if certified funds are required. - Cash
We do not want cash around the office, therefore we have a “NO CASH” policy for everyone. Please use checks, money orders, cashier’s check, etc.
